We look forward to seeing you at the 35th Annual Oregon Women in Timber Auction - Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Doors open at 4:00 PM (Dinner at 6:30 PM and Live Auction starts at 8:00 PM) at the Graduate Eugene Hotel & Conference Center, 66 E 6th Ave, Eugene OR 97401 in connection with the 88th Oregon Logging Conference Meet & Greet festivities. All are invited to celebrate with hosted beer and wine, a hearty buffet dinner, games and fantastic silent and live auction items. Proceeds go to OWIT's statewide forest education program, Talk About Trees.  

Thanks to the hotel staff, we have rearranged the auction to open the ballroom for more seating so we should have plenty of space for everyone. OWIT is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. We are offering some unique sponsorship opportunities for those wanting to give more support. All sponsorships include showcasing your company logo on OWIT website, promotional materials, social media mentions, in the auction booklet and verbal recognition at the event. Gold Sponsors also get a half page advertisement in the auction booklet. Diamond Sponsors get a full page advertisement in the auction booklet and the option to provide a pull-up banner that will be displayed. Each sponsorship level also includes a reserved table of ten seats at the event. 

• Silver Sponsor for $1,500 - Includes premium reserved table of ten with specific recognition listed above.
• Gold Sponsor for $2,500 - Includes premium reserved table of ten with specific recognition listed above and half page ad in the auction booklet.  
• Diamond Sponsor for $5,000 - Includes premium table of ten set with specific recognition listed above and full page ad in the auction booklet and the option to provide a pull-up banner.

After the auction, look for us out at the Oregon Logging Conference. We have OWIT logo merchandise in our booth for sale and will also have a booth at the future forestry workers career day event, help with school tours on Thursday, and provide tree activities during family day on Saturday.
